OBJECTIVES
Students Professors Business
1. To foster cooperation between companies and Universities and the adaptation of curricula to companies needs in terms of valued skills;

2. To allow the transference of market valued skills into the curricula;

3. To develop research in the area of Self-Regulated Learning skills, in order to adapt the Tutoring Project to students needs;

4. To develop teachers skills in the Tutoring area, in order to integrate valued soft skills in the process of tutoring as well as encouraging students self-regulated Learning skills;

5. To implement integrated practices among professors and tutors;

6. To foster the development of skills inherent to self-regulated learning, that may encourage the embracing of the concept of life long learning among graduates;

7. To foster the exchange of good practices regarding the promotion of soft skills development in University students and graduates;

8. To encourage the development of soft transferable skills in students and graduates and, thus, foster the development of employability skills;

9. To develop a soft skills development model based on coaching strategies that is innovative enough in order to be able to adapt to the markets needs and to develop graduates and allow their integration in the employment system and market;

10. To promote self-reflection on students regarding the skills that they should develop, aiming to contribute to the development of more autonomous individuals with the ability to self-monitor, adjust to circumstance and achieve pre-defined goals;

11. To increase competitiveness of Biotechnology teaching of European HEI on an international context;

12. To decrease gender inequality on the access to technological employment;

13. To develop a system that carries out a constant evaluation and consequent adaptation of strategies to internal and external needs.
